Weddings On The Willamette Queen

Menu Selections: Menu items are limited due to availability. Changes in your menu selection will be due one week before your event.

 

Services: Your wedding coordinator/event planner will assist you with the menu and bar selections, as well as floral arrangements, music selections, rehearsal (if appropriate).

 

Rehearsal: Usually rehearsals are scheduled a night or two before your event. This normally takes no more than an hour. Our planner will assist you and answer any last minute questions you may have.

 

Deliveries: Must be coordinated through the event planner. We have limited storage for cakes and flowers, so please coordinate delivery times near your event time. We are not responsible for delivery problems or damaged products.

 

Entertainment: The client is responsible for coordinating entertainment for your event. We can offer some options. Entertainers should be on premise no later than one hour before event to set-up equipment, do sound checks, etc. The Willamette Queen has a sound systems with computer hook-ups, CD player, and aux cables for IPODs and Mp3 players and plays your selections of music through our sound system during your event.

 

Deposits: Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received along with the signed contract. The deposit amount is 25% of your projected event cost and is due at the time of booking. Final number of guests will be due within 3 business days of your event and your final total will be based on this number and due 24 hours before your event (minus bar bills which are due at the end of your event). If cancellation is 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund. Between 30-60 days, 50% will be refunded, less than 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Guarantees: The expected attendance must be specified to the Event Planner no later than 3 business days prior to the event. This is considered your guaranteed guest count, not subject to reduction, and is the minimum number for which you will be charged. If guest attendance is greater than the guaranteed number, you will be charged for the number in attendance at the conclusion of your event.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone (i.e.; intoxicated and disorderly guests).

Handicapped Information:  The gangway down onto the boat dock is 85 ft long and has a 33% incline. The first level of the boat is wheelchair and scooter accessible as are the restrooms. Seating is also available on the first level both inside and outside (weather permitting). To reach the first floor, there are 2 steps, a small landing, then 14 steps to the second level. Hand railings are on both sides of the staircase.
